Returns & Exchanges

We’re a small independent brand, not a big box retailer. Because of that, we can’t offer free returns like the major companies.

That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to help.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to exchange your pair as long as the sneakers are unworn and in original condition.

Please try sneakers on indoors only. Any pairs showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when requesting an exchange.

Once the sneakers are received and inspected, we’ll ship out the replacement pair.

Returns

We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn

• In original packaging

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or use.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and fees.

Please double check sizing before placing your order.

Order Issues

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
